I cannot get online or access any Webpages

First check to make sure that your DSL Router has the following lights lit up or flashing.

Power and Sys lights should be green along with the DSL Light.

If your DSL Light is not lit up, flashing or showing a solid green light, power cycle your DSL router. This can be done by shutting the power off to the router using the switch on the back of the router, or pulling the black power cord out of the router and putting it back in.

If power cycling the DSL router and computer does not solve the issue. Please contact an OnlyInternet.Net DSL Technician at (800) 363-4881 for further assistance.

What Equipment is needed to get DSL?

A DSL Router or Modem will be installed by one of our Technicians or mailed directly to you ready to install. Included with the equiptment are setup instructions and all required cables. To use the DSL you need to have a Network card installed and working at the time of the DSL install. If you like, OnlyInternet.Net can install the network card for you if purchased. Additional equipment or software may be needed if you are not using Windows XP. Optional equiptment is also available such as firewalls, Wireless networks, and switches and can be purchased at time of ordering.

Will my E-mail address still be the same?

If you are a current customer of OnlyInternet.Net or Jayco.Net dial-up services you will keep your existing e-mail address. If you are a new customer to OnlyInternet.Net or Jayco.Net, a new address will be created for you at time of installation.

I already have Sprint DSL but want to switch to OnlyInternet.Net.
